IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ECSMID-WP
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and LokDon, the developer of ECSMID-WP ("Software"). By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT:
1.1. License Scope: LokDon grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ECSMID-WP in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. Restrictions: The User may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of ECSMID-WP.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of ECSMID-WP.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from ECSMID-WP.
2. USAGE AND SECURITY:
2.1. Data Encryption: ECSMID-WP utilizes datashield-ai for encryption. The User acknowledges and agrees to the use of this encryption technology to enhance the security of cookies and databases.
2.2. Website Security: ECSMID-WP aims to enhance website security by scanning for malware, vulnerabilities, blocking malicious bots, brute force attacks, and spam comments, and preventing unauthorized access.
3. SUPPORT AND UPDATES:
3.1. Support: LokDon provides support for ECSMID-WP through the Discord channel https://discord.gg/3X8x79Bj. The User agrees to seek support through this channel.
3.2. Updates: LokDon may provide updates to ECSMID-WP to enhance functionality or address security issues. It is the User's responsibility to keep ECSMID-WP updated.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT:
4.1. Premium Features: Certain features of ECSMID-WP may be available under premium plans. Users may purchase plans through the LokDon website.
4.2. Refund Policy: LokDon may provide a refund according to the terms outlined in the refund policy available on the LokDon website.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
5.1. LokDon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use ECSMID-WP.
6. TERMINATION:
6.1. This Agreement is effective until terminated. The User may terminate it at any time by ceasing the use of ECSMID-WP. LokDon may terminate this Agreement if the User fails to comply with any terms herein.
7. MISCELLANEOUS:
7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between LokDon and the User concerning ECSMID-WP.
7.2. LokDon reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes
